Swim Team Job Sign Ups
Hi everyone,
Even though the weather feels like winter, summer will be here before we know it!! If you are a NEW swim team family, you should have received an email confirming your place on the swim team or on the waitlist. If you have not received a confirmation email, please let me know. For now, I am keeping all the waitlisted families on our team communications in hopes that you might be moved onto the team eventually.
Swim Team Job Sign Ups
If you ONLY have a child/children on the PUFFIN team, you do NOT need to sign up for any swim team jobs!
If you have one Penguin swimmer, you must work at two swim meets during the season. If you have two or more Penguin swimmers, you are required to work at three swim meets during the season. Dive team job sign ups will occur at a later date. There is no longer a swim team job "credit" for dive team members.
Swim team families may choose to "buyout" of their swim team work requirements. The "buyout" cost is $50/shift. If you are going to buy out of one or all of your work requirements, you must give a parent representative your buy out money in CASH NO LATER THAN FRIDAY, JUNE 15--no exceptions will be made to this deadline.
Swim team job sign ups will begin on Friday, May 4 at noon through our swim team site. To sign up, click on "Swim Meets," click on the meet at which you would like to work, click "job sign up," select the job(s) would would like and hit the SAVE button.
RSVP for Swim Meets
This year you MUST RSVP "YES" for all meets in which your swimmers plan to swim. If you do not RSVP, the coaches will assume that your swimmers will NOT be swimming in the meet and will not enter your swimmers into any events at that meet.
The RSVP for the meets is currently open. In order to RSVP, go to "Swim Meets," click on the meet for which you want to RSVP, select the RSVP button and enter your choice. It might be a good idea to RSVP now for the meets you know you will be attending so that you do not forget!
Please let us know if you have any questions!
