Hello Penguin Families!

The MAC Penguins 2018 Swim Season is off to a great start! We are almost one week in and the kids seem to be learning a lot and having FUN!

A few general reminders...

• Be on time!  Our practices are very full - the later Coach Lauren has to continue taking attendance, the less she is able to coach the team!
• Send your child with GOGGLES, they are important!
• Girls - tie your hair back or wear a swim cap!
• You MUST check with Coach Lauren before you leave swim meets!
• Feel free to RSVP for all the swim meets and volunteer in advance! We won't bug you as much! 

We are still in need of a few jobs for Monday's meet...please sign up via the website if you can help!
