Hi all.  I hope everyone is enjoying swim team so far this summer.  Our next meet is Monday, June 18 at Cool Dell.  

If you have not already RSVP'd for this meet, please do so not later than noon tomorrow.  There are also some job openings available, if you need a shift.  Sign ups will be open until noon tomorrow too.  

Warm ups for MAC begin at 5pm on Monday!  Cool Dell is buggy so bring bug spray!  

Here is the information we received from Cool Dell to help with meet logistics:

Cool Dell is located at 414 Dietrich Rd., Ballwin, MO 63021.

Parking: We will have Cool Dell parent volunteers in the parking lot directing traffic and parking in our main lot. New this year is an additional lot on the right side of the drive as you approach the main lot. Feel free to utilize this lot as well. Additional parking is also available in the subdivisions on either side of Cool Dell. (Ridgemont and Indian Hills). Do not park in Dietrich Wood Subdivision directly across the street from the pool – they will call and have your car towed. There will be a reserved spot for your head coach and parent rep.

Bullpen: Both bullpens are in the shady grass area outside of the pool under the trees. We suggest bringing folding chairs, towels or blankets for the kids to sit on, and bug spray. The area has a slope, and most large pop-up tents will not work. We will provide trash cans in the bullpen and we ask that the swimmers use those and clean up after themselves when they pack up. No one is allowed on the lower volleyball court area.

Spectators: We have a fantastic deck with ample tables/umbrellas, but these spots fill up quickly. There is plenty of deck space closer to the pool, and spectators should bring their own chairs if they wish to sit in this area.

Concession: We have an AWESOME assortment of reasonably priced items in our concessions area. We will have salads, grilled chicken, hot dogs, and a nice variety of snacks and drinks. We do allow outside food and beverages to be brought in but really appreciate your patronage at our concession stand.

Alcohol: Alcohol is allowed for spectators but absolutely no glass of any kind on the property.
