Hello Penguin Swim and Dive Team Families! 

We’re off to a great start to our swim season! It’s hard to believe we have just 3 swim meets left!  

A few helpful reminders...

• JOB REQUIREMENT BUYOUT DEADLINE HAS PASSED!
  
  • Remember - if you have 1 PENGUIN you are required to work 1 swim meet.  If you have 2 or more PENGUINS you are required to work 3 swim meets.  We are in need of many more BULLPEN workers for our upcoming swim meets.  **the bullpens for the remaining away meets are much more accommodating than our last away meet at Cool Dell.**
  • There are ONLY 3 meets left - if you do not fulfill your job requirements you will incur a fine from the MAC. 
• RIBBONS
  • Ribbons are out starting late Tuesday morning, and all morning Wednesdays and Thursdays.  After Thursday, boxes are put away until the following Tuesday. 
  • PLEASE CHECK YOUR FOLDERS!  There are lots of ribbons in there!!
• DEADLINES, RSVP
  • Declare your PENGUIN by NOON the Friday before the swim meet. Per swim team rules, swimmers are required to swim in 3 meets to be on the swim team.   
  • Signup for parent jobs on FRIDAY before the meet.  We hire workers for the empty spots on the weekend before the meet. 
• PICTURES
  • We had some confusion with the picture orders yesterday.  
  • The GROUP PENGUIN picture was OPTION 1
  • The GROUP PUFFIN picture was OPTION 2
  • The GROUP DIVE picture was OPTION 3
