The heat sheet for tonight will not be available until later this afternoon.  There is a chance it may not be available until the meet.  If that happens, we will have extra copies at the meet.  

Also, there have been a lot of changes to the heat sheet since this morning.  Your swimmer(s) may be swimming in new or different events than were listed or told to them this morning. So, please look carefully at the heat sheet and do not leave the meet without permission from Coach Lauren.  

Finally, the weather is definitely looking questionable for tonight.  I am hoping for the best.  Regardless, you all must show up at the meet and be ready to swim (warms up are at 5 and meet starts at 5:30).  We will swim if it is just raining.  We may have some delays if there is thunder and lightening, but we are going to do everything we can to get meet completed tonight.
