Hi all.  By now you would have received an email from Coach Lauren if your swimmer(s) qualified for conference.  If so, you should have also received an email from me regarding your job assignment for conference.  If you have not received this, please let me know asap!  

Below is the information we received from Cedar Mill regarding conference on Saturday morning.  Warms up for MAC begin at 7:55 am, so you should be there early enough for your swimmer(s) to be ready to jump in the pool at 7:55 am!  Meet will start promptly at 8:30 am.

Here is the information from Cedar Mill:

Address is 1896 Cedarmill Dr., Chesterfield, MO 63017

Parking: Parking will be available within our parking lot and field next to the asphalt parking lot. Please make sure that no one parks along Cedarmill Drive near the pool, as we would like to respect our neighbor’s privacy. We should have ample parking on our back field. Two parking spots per team (coach or parent reps) will be available. Please let our parking attendants know that you are a parent rep or coach! AND please try to carpool!

Bullpen: Bull pen will be located on our multipurpose court. We welcome you to set up your tents on Friday evening. The court will be divided for the five teams, so please find your spot! Our bull pen works together to line our kids up in chairs and bring them down to the pool deck. Please have one of your people help with lining the kids up at the chairs to make the meet go quickly. Relays will be the responsibility of each team. We have specific people who do our relays for 10 & under’s. Please let your families know that this meet will be quick and children should return to the bull pen as quickly as possible. Please bring bug spray and do not go out behind the multipurpose court. ABSOLUTELY NO BALLS will be tolerated in the bull pen! Thank you for your cooperation of keeping our kiddos safe!

Spectators: Spectators are welcome to bring their chairs and sit anywhere on the pool deck.

Concessions:Our Men’s Club is gearing up for their famous breakfast burritos and we will continue our concessions for lunch on the morning of conference. We will also have our usual assortment of candy, nachos, pretzels, water, soda, etc. Come hungry!

Alcohol: Alcohol is allowed but absolutely NO GLASS of any kind on the property. Per Gateway rules, meet volunteers may not consume alcohol before or during their work duties.

Computer and Awards workers: Our computer and awards workers will be in the club house located at the bottom of the steps to our pool. This job has the luxury of having air conditioning!
