Hi MAC swim families!  We are looking forward to another fun summer.  Welcome back to all our returning families!  And welcome to our new families!

If you are a new family, you should have received an email indicating your child(ren)'s status on the team.  Even if you are on the waitlist, you will continue to receive emails from us until the beginning of June--in case a spot opens up on the team.  

If you are confirmed on the swim team, the swim team job sign ups will open at 10 am on Monday, May 6.  In order to sign up, go to penguins.swimtoptia.com, click on "Swim Meets."  Then click on "Job Sign Up" for the meet(s) you wish to volunteer.  Don't forget to hit the "save" button.  This sign up is only for swim team--dive team will have a separate job sign up at a later date.

Here is a reminder of the volunteer requirements:

Puffin-only parents do not have any work requirements (So if you only have Puffin swimmer(s), you do not need to sign up to work).  Penguin parents are required to work at swim meets during the season. Parents of one swimmer must work at two swim meets during the season. Parents of two or more swimmers are required to work at three swim meets during the season.

Families may choose to "buyout" of their swim team work requirements. The "buyout" cost is $60/shift. If you are going to buy out of one or all of your work requirements, you must give a parent representative your buy out money in CASH NO LATER THAN FRIDAY, JUNE 14--no exceptions will be made to this deadline. Information with more details and volunteer sign up information will be emailed to all registered swim families near the end of April.
