Hello MAC Swim Team Families!

If you are confirmed on the swim team, the swim team job sign ups will open at 10am this Monday, May 6. 

Sign up procedures:

• Go to penguins.swimtoptia.com  
• Click on "Swim Meets."  
• Click on "Job Sign Up" for the meet(s) you wish to volunteer. Don't forget to hit the "save" button. This sign up is only for swim team--dive team will have a separate job sign up at a later date.

Volunteer requirements:

• Puffin-only parents do not have any work requirements (So if you only have Puffin swimmer(s), you do not need to sign up to work). Penguin parents are required to work at swim meets during the season. 
• Parents of one swimmer must work at two swim meets during the season. 
• Parents of two or more swimmers are required to work at three swim meets during the season.  
• Parents with a teen that is helping to teach Puffin swim lessons do not have to work any swim meets. 
• Families may choose to "buyout" of their swim team work requirements. The "buyout" cost is $60/shift. 
• If you are going to buy out of one or all of your work requirements, you must give a parent representative your buy out money in CASH NO LATER THAN FRIDAY, JUNE 14--no exceptions will be made to this deadline. If parent representative is not available, you may leave your cash in an envelope marked with your last name and “penguins job buyout” at the pro-shop.
