Hello Families!

A few reminders about our first dual meet THIS MONDAY JUNE 10th. MAC will be hosting West Glen.  IF YOU HAVE NOT RSVP’d yet, PLEASE DO SO BY NOON TOMORROW! (Friday)!

• Heat Sheets will be emailed MONDAY afternoon (check your email)! Print at home or buy one for $1 at the meet! 
• If your swimmer is 10 or younger - use a sharpie and write their LAST NAME, FIRST NAME on shoulder or back, EVENT, HEAT, LANE of what they are swimming on their forearm.  There are both MAC and West glen workers in the bullpen areas, so labeling your child is important so we can help everyone be where they are supposed to be! 
• Penguins to be in the pool at 4:30pm for WARMUPS! 
• Don’t forget sunscreen, bug spray, extra gear, 2 towels, snacks, water bottle! 
• Grill & snack bar will be open - feed your kids around their events! 
• Your children MUST CLEAN UP AFTER THEMSELVES IN THE BULLPEN!!
  • PLEASE reinforce this with your kids!  Our visiting teams typically leave their areas completely cleaned up after a meet and our side is a mess!  

• 11/12 boys bullpen worker (1 volunteer needed)
• Time Judge (1 volunteer needed) - this is an indoor Job - data entry to get all the times into the computer properly.
• Timer (2 volunteers needed)
