**PLEASE READ ENTIRE EMAIL**
BULLPEN ISSUES
- Despite addressing issues, behavior got worse, and our bullpen was filthy last night.
- Children behaving inappropriately will be required to sit with parents for the duration of the meet (and be responsible to get to events on time).
- PLEASE GO TO THE BULLPEN AND HELP YOUR CHILD CLEAN UP AFTER THEMSELVES BEFORE THEY LEAVE FOR THE NIGHT!
Instructions for Bullpen Volunteers
- Coach Emma will be permanently monitoring the bullpen for the rest of the season. Please see her with any issues.
- For bullpens with more than 1 parent: 1 parent handle delivery of kids to lane loading while the other(s) stay back to supervise.
We currently have 3 of the 20 needed bullpen volunteer spots filled. Because of the above issues, we can no longer hire teen workers to supervise the bullpen.
- If you have already worked your required shifts, we are happy to pay you cash for an extra shift.
- If you have bought out and would like to help, refunds will be given at $60/shift.

- If we do not get enough volunteers by 12PM, THIS FRIDAY, JUNE 21st - WE WILL ASSIGN PARENTS TO WORK BULLPEN SHIFTS.
Please know this is tough for us to continue to send these emails out. However, we need a lot more parental involvement to make it work! If the above issues do not improve, MAC will no longer offer the buyout option. THANK YOU to those who have already volunteered your time and followed through with our previous requests.
**Finally, we are aware of the rain in the forecast for tomorrow morning - if we have to cancel pictures due to rain we will send a note out by 8am. There will still be NO practice**
