Good evening everyone!

I hope everyone has enjoyed today and the nice break from the rain. With our last dive meet behind us we are now looking forward to our last dive meet of the season, conference!

Conference will be held Sunday, July 18th at Cool Dell. (414 Dietrich Rd, Ballwin, MO 63021) This meet will be the longest of the season since all 4 teams in our dive league will be there. Each age group will dive separately and have their own warm ups before they dive. This means 8 and unders will warmup and dive first, then 9-10 boys and girls, then 11-12 boys and girls, and finally 13-14 boys and girls who will be combined with the 15-18 boys and girls age group. For this meet we are required to provide one table worker and one judge per age group, so 4 judges and 4 table workers. the JOB SIGN UP IS OPEN NOW until THIS FRIDAY and I will need 8 people to sign up ASAP. I will also need everyone to RSVP for the meet ASAP so Cool Dell can begin to prepare for conference. REGISTRATION IS ALSO OPEN NOW UNTIL THIS FRIDAY. If everyone could be signed up by this Friday the 2nd, that would be so helpful. Keep in mind the time frame for the jobs on swimtopia are just rough time frames, so if you have a scheduling conflict please let me know and we will work it out. I will have more accurate times as we get closer to the meet. 

I will send out another email as we get closer to conference with more details about warm up and start times so do not worry, right now I just need everyone to register their diver and sign up for jobs! If you have any questions please reach out and I will be more than happy to answer them.
