Good evening everyone,

I just wanted to send out one more email with all the information for conference tomorrow. I am excited for everyone to be there and see what your kids have been working on all season. iIf you have any questions please let me know!

The order of divers for each meet is randomly assigned. The top 12 divers in each age group will earn points toward their team’s score.

Our conference championships areSunday, July 18 at Cool Dell. The competition will consist of four small meets. Projected start times are as follows:

Meet 1: 8-Under boys and girls. Warm-ups at 8:00; Competition at 8:15.

Meet 2: 9-10 boys and girls. Warm-ups at 9:00; Competition at 9:15.

Meet 3: 11-12 boys and girls AND 13-14 girls. Warm-ups at 10:00; Competition at 10:15.

Meet 4: 13-14 boys AND 15-18 boys and girls. Wam-ups at 11:00; Competition at 11:20

Please note the timeline above is an estimate and meets may start earlier than projected if things move quickly. You must be at the pool early in case this happens. This includes divers and parent volunteer workers. Please plan to arrive about 45 minutes prior to your scheduled warm-up so you can relax and watch the meet before yours.

Don't forget we will work hard to get this meet done ASAP, please be on time. 

13-18 will warm up and dive together, not compete together. 

Brian and I would like judges to sit and watch warm ups. 

We will have 5 judges. Crossing out high and low scores.

Do not drop off or park down the hill if you do not have reserved spot. 

Drinks and food are permitted on the upper deck only.

No kids in the baby pool or main pool during the meet. 

We will have full concessions

Have table workers and Judges find me before each meet. I'll have a white hat on.
