We are still having some problems regarding protocol for swim team.  Please re-read the following information:

If you have children who are not attending a meet, you MUST use the site for notification.  You CANNOT verbally tell a coach or parent rep.  You have to go on the site and RSVP under your account.  We have 214 swimmers on the team.  It is impossible for any of us to keep track of verbal reminders, emails, or texts about signing out of a meet, early dismissals, or late arrivals.  You are able to add notes in the RSVP account about special request (ie. leaving early, arriving late).  PLEASE use the site to RSVP, no exceptions.  We understand that last minute emergencies happen.  If you suddendly cannot attend a meet, please text or email a parent rep.   Alyson: 314-495-5045   Stephanie: 314-952-3909...Thank you!!!

If you have not signed up to work your shifts, there are only three meets left.  We will not track you down to remind you to fulfill your jobs.  At the end of the season, if you haven't fullfilled your requirements, you will be fined through your MAC account.  $75 for the first missed job, $100 for the second, and $150 for the third.  You are NO LONGER able to buyout for your work requirements.  That deadline has passed.

If you have bought out from working, please remove your name from any shifts you may have signed up for.  To do this, login, click the volunteer page, click your name and remove or delete your shift.  

Remind your kids they need to stay in the Bullpen.  If they need to leave the Bullpen, they must tell the Bullpen worker.  This allows the Bullpen worker to check and make sure that your child isn't late for their event.  Also, please make sure your children have cleaned up after themselves in the Bullpen.  The parent reps have had to walk around and pick up tons of trash at the end of the meet.  

We have many items that were left at the pool last night, including a FitBit from a 9-10 boy.  All items are at the block end of the pool on a chaise lounge. 

The season is halfway over, let's all work together to make the second half much smoother than the first.  THANKS!

Lastly, if you have accidently taken any white pool towels home from MAC, please kindly bring them back!
