CONFERENCE!!!

Believe or not, Conference is just around the corner.  Please RSVP for your swimmers.  Friday night, 7/15, (11 and over) will be at Castle Pines, warm ups could be as early as 4:30, meet starts at 5:30.  Saturday morning, 7/16, (10 and under) will be at MAC, warm ups will be at 7:30, meet starts at 8:30.

Swimmers must have had participated in 3 meets (Penguin meet counts) to qualify for Conference.

For 11 and over, we can take 6 entries for each individual event, one free relay team, one medley team (for each age group and sex).  We take the fastest swimmers.  However, no matter where you think your swimmer lies, please RSVP!!  There are many people out of town and we easily could wind up taking the 15th place swimmer.

For 10 and under, we can take 10 entries for free and back, 6 for breast and fly, one free relay team, one medley team (for each age group and sex).  Again, no matter where you think your swimmer lies, please RSVP.  

Conference is always an exciting time for our team.  It can also be hard for kids who don't make Conference.  We encourage parents to explain to swimmers how kids are picked for entries.  

SPIRIT NIGHT

Spirit Night is on Thursday, July 14 at 3:30 This is an evening your kids won't want to miss.  We play fun games, have awesome give aways, make posters for Conference, and get to cheer on the Puffins during the Puffin meet.

BANQUET:

Our end of the season banquet will be on Monday night, July 18th.  It is downtown from 6:00-9:00.  Please call Stephanie downtown at 314-539-4470 to RSVP.  Food will be available right at 6:00 and the awards presentation will start at 6:20.  This year, we will eat as awards are presented.  This will give kids plenty of time to groove to the music!!!  There will be no candid photos available for purchase this year, but we will still have a slideshow running.  

If you have not yet signed up for your swim meet job responsibilities, please do so ASAP!!  We would love to avoid having to charge people for not fulfilling their duty!!
