The swim meet tomorrow against Castle Pines is at the MAC.  Warms ups for MAC are from 4:30pm-5pm.  Meet starts at 5:30.  The Heat Sheet will be on the swim team website around 1:30.  Looks like it will be another hot one, so plan accordingly. Might also want to bring some bug spray for the swimmers in the bullpen.

IMPORTANT REMINDER:  Do NOT leave the meet tomorrow night without checking in with Lauren, Grace or Jack to make sure you can leave.  We have had some people leaving before they are finished swimming.  Also, sometimes Lauren needs extra swimmers for relays due to people who leave early or do not show for the meet.  Please tell your bullpen worker that you are planning on leaving, but check in with a coach before actually leaving.  Just telling your bullpen worker that you are leaving is not sufficient.  Thanks for your help and cooperation with this--it will help the coaches avoid having to scramble for swimmers at the last minute!
