Nothing like starting the season off with a little excitement!!!!!  First off, there will be NO EVENING PRACTICE TOMORROW!

The meet has been rescheduled for TOMORROW.  Warmups for us will be at 5:00, meet starts at 5:30.  We will start where we left off (event #12, Heat 2)

1) Only swimmers that were in tonight's meet may attend tomorrow.  For example, if your child had a baseball game and couldn't come Monday, but doesn't have one Tuesday, they CANNOT swim Tuesday night.  This is a Gateway rule, sorry.

2) You need to let us know if your swimmer/swimmers cannot come tomorrow by NOON.  Remember, this only applies to those that were scheduled to be there tonight.  Please email Alyson Schoedel directly at [email protected]   If we don't hear from you, we will assume your swimmer can still attend tomorrow night.

3) If your swimmer can come back tomorrow night, they may be swimming in more events.  Swimmers can have a maximum of 3 individual events and 2 relay events.  Since swimmers may scratch, it will open spots for those that can attend.

Stephanie will get in touch with all of the workers from tonight.  If we cannot find enough workers, please know that you may need to sit with your children in the Bullpen area and make sure they get lined up for their events.  Not ideal, but possibly a necessity.  Thanks in advance!

Hopefully things will be much smoother tomorrow.  We apologize for the whole Heat Sheet mix up.  We were unaware that they redid the Heat Sheet 5 minutes before the meet started.  We have never seen it before, and it shouldn't happen again.
