MAC Swim/Dive Parents,

On April 15th at 8:00am, the link for volunteer jobs will open.  Let's hope the site doesn't crash...!!!!  

If you have two or more Penguin swimmers, you will need to sign up for 3 jobs.

If you have one Penguin swimmer, you will need to sign up for 2 jobs.

If you have swimmers and divers, you will need to sign up for 2 swim jobs and 1 dive job.

If you have only Puffin Pre-Team swimmers, you are off the hook...NO JOBS!

TO SIGN UP....

1. Login to the site.  (your email, initial password is: welcome)

2. On the left of the Home Page, you will see an 'EVENTS' section.  The easiest way to access job sign ups is to click on 'ALL EVENTS.'  This will open a calendar, click "LIST VIEW" at the top.  Here you will see a complete list of all events.  

3. Next to each event, you will see a small box with a "V."  If you click this, it will open the sign up page for that swim meet.  If you click on any of the "?" next to the job title, it will open an information box with some more details about the job.

4. You simply click the add volunteer section next to the job for that meet.  PLEASE HIT SAVE AT THE BOTTOM FOR EACH MEET PAGE!!  If you close without hitting save, your name will be lost.  IF YOU LOSE YOUR JOB BECAUSE YOU DIDN'T SAVE IT, YOU WILL NEED TO PICK ANOTHER.  

Please note:  Ribbon Writer jobs are listed at the bottom of each meet.  Your family can only sign up for 1 ribbon writer for the whole season.  Ribbon writers stick the labels on the ribbons on TUESDAY MORNING after the meet.  They MUST be completed by 11:00, and it will take 2 -2.5 hours to complete.

While you are logged in, you can RSVP for your meets as well!!!!  Same process, just click the "RSVP" box!

We hope to see all of you at the Meet and Greet on Tuesday, May 31st at 5:00 (West).  This is a great opportunity to meet other families, coaches, and to ask any questions.
